We are moving forward in an exciting new direction.  We will soon be your main source for specialist actor training to compliment your other studies.  Alongside our regular screentest workshops we will continue to develop a comprehensive series of 'industry' workshops in conjunction with providing our venue hire and absentee casting services.

For outstanding actor training MAA is proud to announce it's association with the Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia with whom we will be sharing a venue.  The Howard Fine Acting Studio is bringing it's ENTIRE faculty to Australia to deliver their comprehensive, award-winning, ongoing training and techniques.  The content, creative structure, direction and philosophy of the Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia is entirely in the control of Howard Fine and the faculty members of the Howard Fine Studio in LA.  MAA wholeheartedly endorses the training and practises of the Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia and is proud to be the on-ground management team.

Screentest Workshops are a great opportunity to learn, meet casting directors, network and market yourself.
 
All participants will have dedicated one on one time with the casting director and take home a DVD copy of their work.  Workshops generally last for between 4 and 6 hours.
 
Participants will have the opportunity to:

•      ask questions about the industry during an opening Q & A session
  
•     rehearse and perform their scene with a professional reader
•     hone their auditioning skills in a recreation of the audition environment
•     learn the do's and dont's of the casting room
  
•     gain insightful, individual feedback
  
•     view other actors work and hear their feedback
